Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through Care Credit to help with any out-of-pocket expenses. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Dental Insurance Chapel Hill

If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs-- because the insurance pays a contracted portion for you, and you pay the rest. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims as a courtesy to you.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

FAMILY DENTISTRY Chapel Hill

Why should I bring my family to your practice?

The oral health of your family is very important to you, and it is just as important to us. We understand that each person in your family will have a different set of needs, and we are prepared to care for each one of them. Our dental practice prides itself on its skilled and friendly staff, our state of the art equipment, and our short wait times. We want you to have the best experience possible when you visit our office so that you continue to visit us.

What ages do you care for?

We begin routine dental care for patients starting at 4 years old. We prefer to not treat younger children because pediatric dentists can provide more specialized care for toddlers.

What can I expect from a visit to your office?

You can expect only the best care. Our office staff is friendly, whilst our hygienists are skilled and helpful. Moreover, our dentists are experienced and one and one of a kind. With 5 hygienists, you will never wait for a scheduled cleaning. We provide all of our patients with the state-of-the-art equipment, thorough cleanings and safe procedures. We use one of the best dental labs in the country, which is committed to using only the best materials to produce beautiful, natural-looking restorations. We provide cleanings, oral surgery, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, crowns, endodontic treatment, laser dentistry, fillings and sealants. Sealants help prevent tooth decay for our patients 18 years old and younger.

What is the best way to take care of my teeth?

We recommend that you brush your teeth 3 times a day (after every meal), but because this may be impractical for some, we suggest that you brush in the morning when you wake up, and at night before you go to bed. We also recommend that you floss at least once a day. You should visit our office every 3 to 6 months for routine checkups and cleanings, and maintain the brightness of your smile by staying away from foods or beverages that can stain your teeth.
